If you opt not to renew after the commitment period, access concludes without further billing. Kindly note that cancellations before the commitment period ends and refunds/returns once it commences are not available.  

For Month to Month: If you choose the monthly payment option, you can cancel anytime. However, please note that all sales are non-refundable due to the setup and access provided.

By choosing a membership plan, you're not only saving on costs but also securing consistent and dedicated service for your business's success.

Prompt payment is crucial for continued access to Social Siren services. If a payment issue arises, we offer a 3-business day grace period to address it. If the payment remains unresolved after this grace period, access to Social Siren will be suspended on the 3rd business day until the payment is resolved. To reinstate access after the grace period, a reactivation fee of $175 will be applied. If the payment issue is not resolved within 10 business days, we reserve the right to terminate access to Social Siren, and your account will be closed. Outstanding fees, along with the reactivation fee, must be paid in full to reinstate access.

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

With the Month to Month plan, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time without any penalties. You will have access to Social Siren in full until the end of the current billing period.

If you choose the 4/8/12 Month Commitment plan or the Paid in Full option, there will be no refunds or returns once the commitment period starts. However, you will continue to have access to Social Siren in full throughout the committed period.

Cancellation Process: When you decide to cancel your subscription, our team will promptly uninstall Social Siren from your website within 5-10 business days. Please note that you are responsible for restoring your website to its previous state, including reconnecting contact methods and making any necessary adjustments.

We use Stripe as our trusted payment processor to handle all transactions securely. When you're ready to join Social Siren, you'll choose your preferred payment terms from the options available: Month to Month, 4/8/12 Month Commitment, or 1-year Paid in Full. By providing your payment information through Stripe and selecting a payment plan, you're authorizing us to charge your card on a recurring basis according to your chosen terms. This means your card will be charged monthly for the duration of your subscription until you decide to cancel.

As part of getting started with Social Siren Lite, there is a one-time set-up fee (Lite $175/All In $575/ DFY $575). This fee covers the installation and setup of Social Siren on your platform. The set-up fee is due in full before the installation process begins, and the installation itself typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.

It's important to note that the set-up fee is waived if you choose the 12-month paid in full option .Once the installation is complete, we'll schedule an onboarding call with you.

On the day of your onboarding call, your first payment will be due, marking the start of your monthly commitment. From there, your Social Siren services will kick off immediately, and you'll enjoy uninterrupted service for the duration of your commitment term, whether it's 4, 8, or 12 consecutive months, without any gaps or pauses.
